N & M Immigration Services (“NMIL”) offers a checking service for immigration applications, including but not limited to British Citizenship, Naturalisation, Registration as a British Citizen, Settlement/Indefinite Leave to Remain, Further Leave to Remain, Visitor Visas, EU Settlement Scheme (Reasonable Grounds), and Business Sponsorship Licences. The service is priced at £350 plus VAT.
Scope of Service
1. Review and Advice: NMIL will review your completed immigration application and supporting documents. We will highlight weaknesses based on the current UK Immigration Rules and the specific requirements for your application type.
2. Report: NMIL will provide a detailed report indicating areas that need improvement or additional information to enhance the likelihood of a successful application.
Conditions of Service
1. Eligibility: NMIL assumes you have already determined your eligibility to make the application. We will not assess or comment on your eligibility status.
2. Submission: NMIL will not submit the application on your behalf. Our role is limited to providing a review and advice based on the information you have provided.
